PT. Perdana Mandiri Mekanindo has been entrusted by PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) to provide Project Design & Technical Consultation services in support of railway transportation infrastructure development and improvement projects. These services include the development of technical concepts, system requirement analysis, and the provision of implementable planning recommendations for effective on-site execution.

In this project, PT. Perdana Mandiri Mekanindo’s technical team and engineers are actively involved in the design process of mechanical and electrical systems, including interior train designs, supporting facilities such as depots and stations, and the installation of other supporting equipment. The technical consultations provided include material specification selection, work execution methods, and project time and cost estimates aligned with national railway industry standards.

During implementation, we also provided technical documentation, engineering drawings, load calculations, and other technical studies to ensure that every design developed could be implemented efficiently and safely. Additionally, PT. Perdana Mandiri Mekanindo acted as a consultative partner in technical supervision and verifying design compliance with actual field conditions.
